This looks like such a good book, I don't think I've ever been this excited for a book to be released!

Families can be together Forever....
On Saturday we were able to take Andrew and Mallory to the Seattle Temple to be sealed to us for time and all eternity... It was So wonderful...I (Of course) was bawling the whole time and felt SUCH joy that we had reached this part of the journey! The sealer used the phase "as if they had been born to them" and they had used that in the court paperwork as well! I absolutely believe that's true- Andrew and Mallory are our children, through and through, they are our family and we will be together as a family for eternity, just as if they had been born to us!
They were great in the temple, all dressed in white and very reverent! We had such a great support system from our ward and our family-thank you to all who came and supported us! the collection of people was people who had REALLY been there all along the journey! People in my ward that I had cried at their housed, my friend who gave me the hormone injections, my RS president who adopted all her children and they kinda mentored us along the way.....
After the temple we did a mini photo shoot (Thanks Doranda) so we could have pictures from this VERY special day....we only did a couple pictures because it started to snow and it was very cold outside, but we got some really cute ones!

What is this D-A-T-E you speak of...
We needed a date like seriously bad- we went on 2 dates in 2011 (one in January and one in July)I guess that's what happens when you have young kids....I know people say you need to date your spouse regularly, but I think they mean more than once ever six months!
At first I didn't really feel like going because I didn't want to leave the kids and I'd had a crappy day and wanted to just stay home and go to bed early, but It was SO nice to re-connect with Malachi, sit and talk, and relax! We went out to Mazatlan for dinner and then went and saw the movie "We Bought a Zoo", I had read a book a few years ago based on this story and I was excited to see it!

I really liked the movie and we went to a fancy theater with SUPER comfortable recliner chairs! Malachi even brought me home fresh flowers! I am such a lucky wife! Maybe we should do it again sometime- I'll mark it on the calender for July!

My Very Own account...
Sorry all the pictures are sideways (just tilt your head and it will be fine)
When I was a teenager I LOVED saving money.....I babysat, had a part time job, worked at the local fair and saved EVERY penny I could- I felt so accomplished seeing that balance rise and knowing that I had my Very own money...I hope I can pass that passion onto my children! After saving their pennies all year we went and traded them in for paper money and opened their VERY own savings account! We talked about what they are saving for....
