We are both really bad at this, We both dodge the camera! This is a learning experience for us and we have been trying really hard....here are a few NOT-SO-PERFECT- but really funny lookin' pictures

I don't think either of us are going to be modles!

P-P-P-Poker Face!

Malachi has a poker party once a month with the boys! In March he "hosts" So I got to help create the SWIFT SHOWDOWN....We had tons of green food and really cool decorations! Fun was had by all!

Spring is in the air!

It was so beautiful outside yesterday that we spent most the day working in our back yard... Malachi mowed the lawn and fixed the fence (what a stud) and I worked on making our veggie garden! I love working outside together!

When we were outside we found sperts of color, thats the fun part about living in somones old house, you never know what they planted!

Malachi working on the fence...and we met our neighbor, after Almost two years!

We replaced a little bit more than we thought we were going to...but oh well, looks good now!

Leave of absence…

We are alive and well!
Sorry I have been so far away from my blog lately, I have still been keeping up on all of yours and I will be trying to keep mine more updated!
….FYI, Over the past month I did become pregnant, they told me I was going to miscarry and it turns out (after lots of testing) that my pregnancy was ectopic (tubal) I choose a Chemotherapeutic injection instead of surgery, we are dealing with the side effects of that and moving on! We must wait at least Three months to try again and it may have caused some tubal damage!
On an extremely happy note after we found out we were going to miscarry we decided to move forward with adoption, not even knowing it was an ectopic pregnancy. We are now waist deep in the Adoption approval process and very excited about this prospect. As soon as we are approved I will be sending out Pass along cards, website links and lots of info…..You are all my entire network, so please keep your eyes and ears open for any opportunities for us!
One thing this adoption process has taught me already is that Malachi and I do NOT take many pictures of ourselves… I found a reasonable selection, however if you have any pictures of the two of us, or pictures of us with your children that you think may be helpful please send them to me Laynie13@Juno.com!
We are also looking for outside perspectives on what wonderful parents we are going to be, we have our formal references for the agency, but would like to incorporate some selections into our website, If you would like to contribute any words please send them to me…it can be as long or short as you want!
Also on an unrelated note, Malachi had a Polynesian friends of scouting event last weekend, it was lots of fun…the boys did a traditional war dance, interesting to say the least!

I will try to keep this more updated! We love you all and are always thinking you! Thank you for all your love, help and support during our ever-changing emotional rollercoaster’s!
