Soaked to the bone...bone dry!
In preperation for their 1/2 Marathon in October the Amies decided to get together today and do 7 miles...I tagged along! It only rained for 3-4 hours all day and we walked in the 2 hours that it was raining the hardest! We were all soaked!!
SO latter in the day....after the sun was out...Malachi, Bruce and I went for a light stroll around the park! Much less wet! look how big Bruce is, Puppys grow so fast!
Playing Games!
We went to Netty and Rickster's house on Friday night! It took us forever to get there...we forgot about trafic, but we did finnaly get there!
Elaina was stinkin' cute!!
This is "J" dog, she needs a cookie, can't you tell?
Rickster playing Guitar hero (or rockband?) somthing like that!
We played a few games and had a really fun time! However you are going to have to forgive my random picture taking! Netty, Keira, Malachi and me where there too!

Practicly against Mandas will her friends threw her a shower...so we all went and here are some pictures from it!
There were lots of people there, so we played lots of stupid games!
One of the cute boy babies modled a bonet that Kicky got...poor little guy, scared for life...save this picture for his first girlfriend!
This is the Cuttest dress ever...it is deffinatly a "Hand me down" hopeful!
Manda tried everything on kicky to see if it would fit!
and posed so that she wouldnt have a doubble chin...but she kinda looks like a scared donkey!
Check out that belly, The one in the middle!
She got quite the haul for someone who said "no presents"
PS. my "Microsoft Word" doesnt work, therfore my spellcheck is gone...so just pretend like you know what I mean!

Porch
So my porch is werid... you walk up to the house then you have to turn to get to the front door and there is a random slab of concret that has no real purpose...so Malachi (being the wonderful husband he is!!) built me railing awhile ago and last week I FINNALY (I had been looking for a long time) found a bench that was cute and not too expensive! A few decorations and a supper cute Puppy and it looks great!

Delicious sweaty bums!
This is a picture of my mom, dad and I looking delicious before our walk!
My Mother is training for a half-marathon….and in an effort to get rid of a few LB’s of my own we have been walking together a few times a week. One time we were walking around Frontier Park and a man (relatively fine looking) stopped us and told us how, and I quote “DELICIOUS” we looked…this had since been our joke of the month….apparently nothing is sexier than ugg workout clothes and sweating like a pig!
Garage
So after our car was stolen (see past post, if you missed that) we moved "Making our carport into a garage" to the top of our list...however we still didn't know how we were going to do it. Fortunatly Jeremy was willing to take on the prodject for us! WAHOO!!
So he framed it in
Blocked in the back and put a door so that we can get to our backyard
and we got new garage doors! We still need to put siding on it and a coat of paint, but it works!
Our neighbors were really impressed and they said it added $15,000.00 to our house! Thanks Jerm!

Scub a' Dub Dub...Puppy in a Tub
Our best guess is that he ate a slug...so there was slime all over his face, so..we got to give him a bath. He had been to the groomers but I had not personaly given him a bath...so this is the first one!
Oh man he is an UGG wet dog!
Towel drying
Blow dryer...which surpisingly he liked
Now he is back to his clean, fluffy, and plesent smelling Bruce!

On a bicycle built for two!
Not us…but you get the picture!
LONG story short….Malachi likes to bike, we finally (through going to garage sales and my mother) got two decent bikes and went bicycling tonight. I never fancied myself the bicycling type but it was surprisingly fun, don’t get me wrong my legs are SO soar, but it was fun!
Long story Long
So as many of you may or may not know, since the day I met Malachi he has been an avid recreational bike rider. In Ellensburg he had a really cool Shwin, and unfortunately that was stolen from in front of our apartment (yes there is crime in Ellensburg) Our bishop at the time was so helpful and showed up one night to give me a blessing and brought a bike…he insisted it was a piece of junk, but it look really nice and new. That unfortunately was also stolen from behind our duplex after we moved to this side of the mountains.
Since then Malachi has wanted a bike, but me being the cheapskate I am would not spend a dime for fear that it would be stolen. So we moved to our house and we finally have a garage (oops “new garage” posting to come) so my parents said he could have an old ‘pink’ bike. Hey, that’s better than a stick in the eye! Then last weekend I found a perfectly reasonable bike, for a reasonable price ($10) at a garage sale. So I took the pink bike and he took the grey bike….$40 later in bike seats and we went on a bike ride up to PLU….stupid hills, much more fun to go down than up….I felt like I was in a sitcom!
