Living area in appartment

I know it looks really bland... but I love this couch! I was SO excited when we found it so cheap! Anyway, there are French doors that lead into the apartment, and we have a stove and refrigerator that we need to move into this area to make it more of a kitchen, then it will almost be ready to rent out!!!!

Apartment!

This is the apartment downstairs- ALL of downstairs has beautiful tile on the floor and half way up the wall. The plan it to rent it out as partially furnished, but for now we don't use it and I know it looks really bland! There are no interior doors yet, we are still working on it. But there is a nice bathroom (nicer than ours) and a large walk in closet (we put a dresser in there) More pictures of the living area to come...

Going Down...

Stairs! Our downstairs is a daylight basement that is converted into an appartment, however first is our laundry room. I know it is not very exciting, but this is a full tour and I could not leave it out!

Deck

Off of our Master bedroom there is a small deck, this is Dawn's favorite part of the house! It has a Hot tub (not working yet) and my couches from when I was in college- now they are lawn furniture ( I still LOVE them) It is enclosed and you can only get there from the bedroom which is nice! Here is a little taste of the back yard (taken from the deck, More picture of the backyard to come)

Master Bedroom

So this is our "Master Bedroom" its a little small, but it works. The owner before us threw out the closet doors so Momma and I made curtains, I bought teal fabric for the canopy bed- but I haven’t decided exactly what I want to do yet. In the second picture you can see we have a sliding glass door going out onto a deck--pictures to come! In the first picture you can kinda see the pocket door all the way on the right that is our bathroom. Smallest bathroom ever created!

Baby's Room

NO we do not have a baby; however since I got married I started slowly gathering baby things that were on clearance or at garage sales. I like to plan ahead and I thought I would get a head start on our nursery, but having a baby took A LOT longer than I thought- so before I knew it we have a baby's room!
We decided to decorate in a Barnyard/ cowboy theme- Malachi build and painted the barn door! Cute huh?

Spare bedroom!

Our space bedroom, commonly referred to as the "Purple room"- Although it is the only room that is still NOT painted, it will eventually be purple. Right now it holds our computer, fabric and other craft things!
